By downloading or using QuickQ you agree to the terms below.

1. The service

QuickQ provides network acceleration and privacy software for personal and business use across supported platforms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use QuickQ for unlawful activity, network attacks, spam distribution, or any action that harms other users or third parties. Accounts breaching this clause may be suspended.

4. Device limits

Standard subscriptions allow three simultaneous devices. Larger deployments require a business plan.

5. Billing and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is disabled before the renewal date. Prices shown at checkout include applicable fees.

6. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance and upstream network conditions may cause interruptions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
